Gone Fishing

Here is one of my favorite recipes for throwing fish on the grill!
Ingredients:

Your fillets with skin removed
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Aluminum Foil
Onion

Preheat your grill to 275 degrees Fahrenheit
Lay out a large enough piece of aluminum foil to wrap your fillets up. Lay fillets in a single layer. Do not stack them.
Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter per pound of fillet. [...]
