Great Way To Grill Fish

Here is one of my favorite recipes for throwing fish on the grill!

Ingredients:

  • Your fillets with skin removed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Onion

Preheat your grill to 275 degrees Fahrenheit

Lay out a large enough piece of aluminum foil to wrap your fillets up. Lay fillets in a single layer. Do not stack them.

Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter per pound of fillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Peel onion and slice thin. cover top of fillets with with thin layer of onion.

Wrap aluminum foil, folding over seems to lock. Lay out another sheet of aluminum foil and place your already wrapped fillets, seem down and wrap again. Be sure to seal the seams by rolling them over and creasing to insure the butter does not leak out into flames.

Cook about 15 to 20 minutes on each side.
