GoneFishing.net Mission Statement

GoneFishing.net is geared towards following fishing conservation rules and regulations while bringing fellow anglers together to build a top angler community. At the same time Gone Fishing is working to assist children and their families, less fortunate than most to have their wish of going fishing.

Gone Fishing is currently in contact with a chapter of Make A Wish Foundation and has been in touch with several hospitals, in order achieve the wish of a child with an incurable disease and their family. The wish is a chance to go fishing on a boat with a licensed charter captain.

Thanks to a good friend with whom this site and mission are possible, Gone Fishing will donate part of its proceeds to pay for the captains fee, bait if needed and insure a good time for some of these children and their families.
